This website is operated by Entucatch. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Entucatch. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our store is hosted on Wix.com, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products to you.

Section 2 - Products and Pricing

  • Dropshipping Disclosure: Entucatch operates as a dropshipping retailer. This means we partner with third-party suppliers who ship products directly to you.

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our luggage and travel products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Section 3 - Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Section 4 - Third-Party Links & Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as PayPal) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or content made in connection with any third-party websites.

Section 5 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

 

Refund and Return Policy

At Entucatch, we want you to be fully prepared for your next journey. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your luggage or travel accessory must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we (or our supplier) receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment, such as PayPal).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

  • Cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@entucatch.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. In these cases, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@entucatch.com or via our website chat. We will provide you with the specific return address (as it may need to go directly to our fulfillment partner). Do not send items back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

Shipping Terms

Thank you for choosing Entucatch. We aim to provide high-quality luggage and travel gear to adventurers across the United States. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if there is a delay with our fulfillment partners, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

Note: Because we work with global suppliers to bring you the best travel products, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as we source our products from various specialized fulfillment centers.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Entucatch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most domestic U.S. deliveries of our products, these fees are generally not applicable.

5. Damages

Entucatch is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

To file a claim: Please contact us at info@entucatch.com or via chat within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Entucatch is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

7. Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at info@entucatch.com.

Customer Review & Testimonial Policy

At Entucatch, we value honest feedback from our travelers. To ensure our community remains helpful and transparent, all reviews are subject to the following guidelines:

  • Authenticity: We only publish reviews from genuine customers. We do not edit the sentiment of reviews or delete negative feedback simply because it is critical.

  • Incentives: If we offer a discount or reward in exchange for a review, the reviewer must disclose this. We never condition a reward on the review being "positive."

  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain:

    • Hate speech, harassment, or profanity.

    • Personally identifiable information (e.g., phone numbers).

    • Promotions for other businesses or spam.

    • Content completely unrelated to the product or our service.

  • Ownership: By posting a review on our site, you grant Entucatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your review and any attached photos for marketing purposes.
